Consistently Good Service
I appreciate being able to get a lube and oil change without an appointment along with a safety and condition check. All was completed in a timely fashion while I waited in a comfortable location. Communication was excellent via text messages and human contact. The visit was well documented for my file on the car.

Very Disappointed
Close Sale good. Dealership did not provide correct PO BOX, instead home address. If I didn't call Honda financing never would receive financial docs. Once sale closed....doors closed. 2 hr drive from Vancouver WA. Disappointed> vast understatement

Salesman true to his word
Salesman Mark was attentive and true to his word. Dealership lax on Covid safety with half a dozen customers not wearing masks in public indoor spaces as did several employees from time to time.Would be 5 star but for this. If you have health issues this could be a problem.
