Great sales experience

Scott‼️ Scott was always available answered all my questions very friendly and made me feeling like I was more than a customer. This was a long distance sale being I’m in Sparks, Nevada. Scott made it easy to decide to buy.

Recall Fix

This experience was good for two minor recall repairs from the manufacture. Told us it would take two hours and they where right, called when truck was ready.

Great service and great facility

The people in the service department, especially John and Kenny, are so welcoming and straight forward about what work on my car needs to be done. They put my concerns at ease.

Pleasant experience

Friendly, patient, polite and did not pressure. They took the time to let us roam the lot and showed us vehicles that fit our expectations.

Friendly and fast

Friendly and service was fast. Waiting room and restroom was clean and inviting. Even though we weren't there to buy a new car all of the sales people were friendly and not at all overbearing.

My Only Place For Service!!!

Ken in the Service Department always treats me with respect and does his best to assist me. I don't know a lot about cars, and since my husband passed away in 2020, I really appreciate the kindness I've been shown by this dealership in helping me with the continued service of my 2016 Jeep Renegade. It's a great vehicle.
