Great service

Everyone is so nice and helpful. The lounge is comfortable with amenities for adults and kids. I would definitely buy or service my car here again.

They always get the job done. I love the snacks in the break room. And always love the stuff I buy from the parts counter.

Good service

Fast , friendly service. Only received an oil change but everything went well. Two salesman asked if we needed help as we walked thru the lot, when said we were just getting an arrive completed they left us alone.

Oil change

Had me in and out for oil change. I asked them to take a look at loose suspension and he told me he forgot to do it. He said they could look if I wanted but I was out of time.

Making life easy on Disabled Veterans

Well... I enjoyed my entire appointment. I was greeted warmly by the counter staff in the Service Dept.for a scheduled oil change and recall. I was grateful that my appointment only took a few days not weeks into the future. I was told it would be a couple hours since I also had a recall that needed done. I let them know my 2020 Ram only had 3,056 miles on it and wanted to make sure I was ready for Winter. I went to settle in for a wait but I had been there before during rennovations and found the waiting area. VERY comfortable!!! After a while of being entertained by a cute baby a staff member came by to let us all know there were snacks there for us. I thought that was nice... and we all had a snack. Time passed by quickly and before I knew it they called my name. They completed in the time frame mentioned which was great because I had my emotional support girl at the daycare so she would not have to wait it out too. Because they completed in awesome timing I was able to pick her up before they closed for lunch. Everyone was pleasant than I came across during a couple walk around to see the new changes done. Very pleasant place! So.... From manager to mechanics and other staff I say thank you! Guess it was not so bad leaving home and have to go to town to take care of the "RAM". Ya'll made it easy!!
