A great experience

Everything was handled promptly and professionally. Prices were fair. Great inventory to choose from. Love my new RAM 2500. Kaleb was great!

5th or 6th new car from Lithia in Klamath

Good service and friendly people. Michael in Finance did a great job. Salesman was ok. George who was not the primary salesman was very friendly.

Great buying experience and follow up service

A true VIP experience

Being a returning customer, I've been recognized from my previous visits. (Hopefully for good reason) It felt like there was expedited care taken just for me. The whole VIP experience. Not to mention, when something seemed awry after leaving the service center, I was able to coordinate to return that same day, with what felt like even greater care!

It was done when they promised for my pick-up....they had to order parts and took me it can take up to a month to get them
