confusion over driving and parking
I like and trust the folks that work there, but you gotta do something about the driving and parking situation wwhile the construction is going on. No excuses for that mess.

Service was quick and finished in a timely fashion. The personnel were courteous. Some of the facilities were unavailable due to construction.

Wonderful Serice
I was greeted by the service rep with a smile and was glad I had an appointment. They made me feel comfortable and promptly took my vehicle for service. I have a emotional support animal with me and they had no problem with that especailly since she remains in her pouch. The entire service visit was about an hour so I was very pleased. Everyone was wonderful and friendly. They are under construction but ladies their porta potty is the best. It has luxury and class. Better than most home restrooms. Yes, they are a busy company and sometimes not all done in a inute but then the best does take some of our time and they offer the best. From the time I bought my truck March 2020 put only 1974 miles on it in 2.5 years and just had my first oil change..... They suggested I drive it more... and change oil more often. My entire experience with them has been A+++ from purchase to service.
