Hinshaw's Honda

San Saelee at the Henshaw's Honda was very helpful and he made my car purchase a great experience.

I came in for an oil change and was working with Bob he showed me my history on my car and explained why I should do a little extra to get my car up to date. the service was fast and they even washed my car for me.

Mitch was referred to me by a relative and he was a great guy! He was very helpful and was able to answer many of our questions throughout the process. I had cars that I already knew I wanted to see and he was even able to refer a few other cars I overlooked. He explained the process and was very cognizant about our time. The dealership itself is very clean and they are very welcoming. They just hired a great guy that helped us with our car financing. The cars we saw were all clean and drove well. Make sure to check online before you go because their inventory seems to be kept well and they have great online only deals that you can bring up to your sales person.

I am a Doctor of Chiropractic, and I know the value in good customer service. The service department at Hinshaw's Honda is excellent. They always treat me like a family member. The service performed on my car is also excellent. They sincerely go out of their way to make every customer happy. It would be great if all businesses (including my own clinic) could meet the same high standards of excellence found at Hinshaw's Honda.

WENT IN FOR A OIL CHANGE , THEY OPENED THE DOOR FOR ME AND ASKED ME HOW THEY COULD HELP ME, BOB WAS GREAT ON TAKING CARE AND EXPLAINING THINGS TO ME SO I COULD UNDERSTAND THEM. AND THEY ALSO WASHED MY CAR WHAT GREAT SERVICE.

We have had our 2015 pilot since August 2014. Everyone there has been very helpful with anything we've needed so far. When in for service, the loaner cars are great! You can drop your vehicle off, and still run your errands or get to work. They stand behind their warranty, which is awesome! This is my first Honda, and I'm happily impressed with it.

I bought my 2002 civic here in 2006 still running great thanks to Hinshaws service.
