great service

nam always does excellent service! every one at the counter is always so friendly and funny! it's nice being able to get in and out without a appointment.

OIL CHANGE

Went in for an oil change with no appointment and Bob got me in with no problem, the best thing was he had my car washed for me.

Oil change and regular maintenance of my Honda

After my husband died I went to Hinshaws in Auburn where he had bought the car and explained that I needed someone to take over service of my car. That was 12 years ago. Since then I have relied on Hinshaws for my car care. Damon Titus is especially helpful and very thorough in explaining what needs to be done at any given time. I am more than pleased with the care I receive.

above and beyond

i had a check engine light on my car and Nam helped me out. he found out what my problem was in 30 minutes, he showed me exactly what needed to be fixed and how it was going to be fixed. Then he helped me call my insurance company to get the bill paid for! When he said it'd take a couple hours to repair, he got a loaner car for me and even switched over and locked in my car seats! Incredible service! I'm a customer for life with Nam!

super nice service

i love working with Nam. he always takes his time to answer all my questions about cars! I've learned so much from coming and seeing him with all my service needs and questions!

Friendly Service department

I love that Nam remembers me and my family everytime I come in. really great service and always making my kids laugh and I love that I get a free car wash with my oil changes too!

Excellent Costumer Service

I had the pleasure of working with Charles Fellows with my car buying and he made it a pleasure buying a car, which I don't think I have ever been able to say. I told him what I was looking for and what I had, he took the time to be honest and help me leave with exactly what made me happy. He also didn't stop working until he knew I was happy with my purchase. Appreciated the process and approach he took!

Hinshaw's Honda ( salesman :Caleb Pace) Tyrone H.

January 2017 I went to Hinshaw's Honda in Auburn, wa. Where we meet a very nice salesman Caleb Pace he made you fell comfortable and welcome. Caleb Pace was not one of those pushy salesman that talks alot and following you around trying to make you buy something to get commission. He took his time answer all questions made sure that's the car you wanted to buy. THANKS! ! CALEB PACE for our 2013 crosstour.
