Hinshaw's Honda

The Hinshaws Honda dealership in Auburn, WA has become my "car home". I have owned Honda vehicles for 10 years now, and have had them serviced at here, and will not take them anywhere else! I LOVE the gentlemen that work in the Service Department. They are always kind, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional. They take care of me, my family, and my vehicle. I have appreciated the fact that I have seen familiar faces for the past 10 years..so the company must be doing something right to keep their great employees! Some of them have seen my family upgrade from a 2 door coupe, to a 4 door Sedan Pilot as my family has started to grow, and they have always had our family's best interest in mind. I love going in to the shop and picking up where we left off (they are such caring guys!). In our last vehicle purchase, I specifically wanted to seek out a Honda, not only for the quality of the car, but for the service that I know I would be getting when we bring it in at the Hinshaw's Honda dealership. Truly, the service crew has made a huge impact on my life. I love them, and hope most all of them will continue on with the company for years to come. We will continue to use Auburn Hinshaw's Honda for as long as we can. You guys have been a blessing to our family, and we thank you for the AMAZING service you always provide for us. After driving 345,000 miles on my 2004 Honda Civic, it was time for me to replace it. I researched several cars online and communicated with several owners/dealers. I really hate buying vehicles. I've almost always had bad experiences in the past so my opinion of salespeople is very tainted. Enter Kimberly Fiesta of Hinshaw's Honda in Auburn. I warned Kimberly right away I that I was a difficult customer and shared my experiences with her. She told me she was up to the challenge and was determined to sell me a vehicle at a price I was happy with. Kimberly turned out to be very hard working and HONEST in our dealings. I walked away happy and feeling good about how she went about representing me with the dealership.
