Bad customer service

My name is Musiliu Aminu and I just left your dealership few minutes ago. I had an appointment for 11am today June 18 and was on time for my appointment for a service recall on my 2017 Honda Accord. I pulled in to the service bay and a guy directed me to move my car forward and I parked. I was sitting in the car for about 15 minutes and no one approached me with anything, it's my first time and I dont know their operation. I have been to other dealership and usually they approach you in the car, take your key and tell you to go wait. Nothing like that here, so I went inside and no one greeted me and I asked why no one asked me for what brought me in, then one guy said in a very rude way, you have to come inside, how am I supposed to know that being the first time here. Let's just say this is a bad experience and I definitely wont return and wont refer business to anyone I know and I will post my experience online. Hopefully someone would contact me and tell me I'm wrong. Thank you, Aminu

Amazing experience

Very friendly, easy car purchase

I purchased my most recent new car from Anthony Davenport. Very professional and accommodating. Very helpful in setting up my phone/Bluetooth connection. If I still live in the area when its time for my next new car, I will gladly go back to Ourisman Honda, the whole sales team was great to work with!

Glad to do business with Ourisman Honda at Laurel

It was an absolutely great experience. The dealership was nice; friendly, clean, kind and they had the exact car I wanted in stock. The buying experience was wonderful too. Anthony was very nice, explained everything to me extremely thoroughly and answered every question I had. I would recommend this dealership and Anthony specifically to any friends.

My experience with Anthony was GREAT

Anthony is a great salesperson, he took the time needed to understand me and what I was looking for in my New Honda Ridgeline. Being an owner of a 1908 Ridgeline that I had problems with purchasing from Ourisman back in 1907 (I went to Honda of Bowie back then) he really wanted to prove to me that Ourisman was different now and that he was a much better salesperson than the ones they had back then. He proved it to me and I must say he kept his word on all that he said to me. When in the market for another Honda, I will be looking for Anthony at Ourisman. Samuel J. Raines, Sr.

No Hassle, No Gimmicks Car Sale

Great sales team. Aaron Tucker and Anthony were highly professional and friendly. Everything was as planned over phone and through emails. I highly recommend Aaron and Anthony. Aaron did check- in with me for a follow up to resolve a financial concern I had. Great place to buy cars.
