Standard 5K service found some below-par parts, recommended replacement of the battery and two filters. Battery has seemed 'weak' recently - more than just a cold-weather problem so I gave go-ahead, and all is well.

Lindsay in sales was polite, friendly and professional. I was impressed with her and Po C. the sales manager. Both of them went out of their way to work quickly and efficiently. I will definitely go back to Lindsay when we purchase our next Toyota. I love my Rav 4!

Great Service received at Toyota of Kirkland
When we did not feel like we were getting the type of service we needed upon first contacting the dealership, we went to inquire with the Service Manager who was reasonable and took care of us. The Service Advisor, Sean, that sat down with me, explained everything, was courteous, not high pressure, and was a pleasure to work with. We appreciated that they listened to our concerns about the service we felt we deserved, and they delivered, from the Service Manager, Service Advisor, to the mechanic that serviced our car.

Dropped my car off for a oil change on December 14
I dropped off my car with no prior reservation and I did not have to wait very long. It was a great experience and I could get the rest of my day going.

Expected a Battle, Did Not Have to Wage One
Negotiated for a used Tacoma pickup. Salesman Stefan (spelling?) was very interested in assisting me even though I had trepidation of the initial payment amounts. After an attempt to persuade me to lease a new truck (which I weighed and declined) he asked how much I wanted to aim for in a monthly payment and after 3 or so back and forth to the manager/finance office trips we came to a happy medium. 5 stars for Stefan. Now I go to the Finance Office expecting (from other store prior experience) the hard upsell on vehicle service contracts (never), GAP and rust-proofing/etc. Of course it was mentioned, but the woman in the office (so sorry I didn't recall her name as I write this) did not attempt to steer me into the service contract after the initial mention. I did, of course, take GAP however. As for other details of this dealership, I must say it is a huge facility (bigger than nearby rival dealership buildings up the street), yet very organized/streamlined. Very polite people from the Helpdesk, sales staff and finance division. I was expecting a battle and did not have to have one ! While there was some back and forth and an attempt to lease, Stefan was never pushy or unwavering ("We can't lower that, cannot budge on that..." (other dealership experiences)). In the end I received a fair price on a hot selling vehicle that has super resale value, so cannot complain about the end cost. Good experience without the aggressiveness of some stores.
