Solved problem of battery going dead from infrequent use of the car. Purchased home charger from parts department, but found charger box instructions and owner manual are/were insufficient for non-techie user to undertake the installation... hence the visit to the service department.

2020 RAV4 Hybrid Gas Tank issue
I had my 2020 RAV4 Hybrid in for 2 weeks to resolve the gas tank issue and Brake loud squeaks and unfortunately I am still unable to put more than 10 gallons in when the tank is empty and I do still have the brake Noise!

As painless as car shopping can be
We had a great experience buying our Toyota RAV4 Hybrid from Toyota of Kirkland. Stefan was our sales person. He was exceptional. We were inquiring about vehicles but were not going to go in that day because it was snowing a lot. He drove one of the cars we were interested in to our house so we could see it and drove us back to the dealership to see other cars in the lot. We decided to purchase that day. He did not pressure us into getting the extra things we did not want to have. We went in with the goal of sticking with the basics and once he knew that we were firm on that, the deal was done without hesitation. Jason Longacre, the finance manager was very organized and once the paperwork was ready we were in and out of his office in under 10 minutes. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and friendly.

Troy Blaisdell is very nice - treated me with respect. Thank you. I needed a battery. Troy said I must drive the car at least once a week in order to keep the battery up - reason battery was failing me twice.

Darrion provided excellent service for a complex repair project on my vehicle. He went overboard to oversee and facilitate getting the necessary work done, and he even came in to the dealership on his vacation day so that he would be there to meet me when I picked up my car. He took his time to explain what was done with the vehicle and patiently answered my questions. I hope to be able to interact with him again on future services for my car.
