I've had service done here for more than 10 years and my service advisor (Troy) was the most pleasant and professional rep I've had at this facility.

Was able to get a same day appointment with the service department. Requested service was completed promptly and advisor called to update on the progress.

The service advisor (Sean) was very helpful. After the service was completed, I was informed of additional maintenance that the mechanic determined necessary. I felt no pressure to have the work done, they were very respectful of any choices I made concerning it.

Toyota of Kirkland cares about customer service. The GM Kevin Burton truly cares about making sure that his team provides the best service. They provide full transparency and want to make sure that your car purchase is the best decision for you. Typically I feel that I'm being sold on things I don't need, but that was not the case here. Working with Susan Karle in finance was amazing! It was the easiest process I've experienced and this is my third car that I am leasing. Po Chou the sales manager was so kind and wanted to make sure that I was happy and comfortable with the lease range I wanted to stay in. He truly went above and beyond. Last but not least, Lindsey my rep Lindsay Refvem was great! She followed up with me and made sure she was able to provide me with what I was looking for before calling me back in. She valued my time and was able to provide everything I was looking for in my lease. Thank you all for the wonderful experience!

Service was done on a timely basis. Service representative kept me up to date on any additional service needed besides the original service. Was very satisfied experience at Kirkland Toyota.

In addition to excellent service, Sean jumped dead battery in our other car so we could be on our way to get the needed repairs.

I had a very specific car to find. Johnny had it in 10 minutes!! Quick documents and I was out the door in my new Highlander😁

Great bunch of people, and very respectful! From the time I turn my car it for repairs were awesome. To my surprise, I also got a a loaner car until my auto was repaired.

This is the only dealership i take my 2006 Sienna to because they provide fast friendly service, done right the first time, at an affordable price. Very thorough on the inspections so you know what will need to be serviced or replaced. Only had great experiences at toyota of kirkland
