Ordered a new Maverick from Sam Chase in August just arrived this weekend. Probably the best new car buying experience I have had. Sam Chase was no pressure but extremely helpful and Victioria in financing was great as well?.absolutely no pressure .highly recommend Dwayne Lane Skagit FORD.

My previous review is wrong. Read below! When we bought the used Explorer there were a few problems as the dealership had just bought the car 2 days earlier. There was a safety recall and the third row seat need some repair work. The used car manager told us about needing to install a new water pump. When we picked up the SUV we were told everything had been done. Wrong! The water pump had been replaced (maybe). The recall had not been addressed. The third row seat still needs fixing. I called but the used car manager does not return phone call. The only way I received some answers to questions before was to walk in the door and demand answers.

The best car buying experience I've ever had. They went above and beyond to insure i was taken care of . They put me in a car when nobody else could (and I've tried many places before). They were patient and kind and showed the utmost integrity. They even had a play room for the kiddos to keep busy which made the process so much smoother . Thank you Troy, John, and Courtney. Six hours for a 30,000 check Ridiculous?
Six hours for a 30,000 check Ridiculous?!!! They couldn?t find their wheel lug lock so they took my glove boxes and center console apart trying to find mine and left stuff everywhere, very inconvenient and intrusive!!! Spent over $600.00 for the service and didn?t even get a courtesy car wash from the local car wash?!?!
