Took my truck in to get recalls and alignment done, was told several different stories that it could be done without issue as I have had trouble getting it done because Dodge welded the drag link. Told me my truck was done after 4 days, keeping it over the weekend and also told me they would need to keep it over the weekend so they could get alignment done on Monday. So I went 4 days without my truck for 1 day of service work and never communicated the alignment issue till I ask on the day I picked it up and there was no resolution with a problem Dodge has created with welding the drag link and no way to do an alignment, should have bought a Chevy.
