All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable I have always been treated with respect and have received great service

I bought a new '23 Ram Laramie from Rainier Dodge of Olympia last Tuesday. The salesman really pumped up the towing ability. When I took it to get the parts to tow, no one recoginized bracket that was supplied with the truck. Come to find out that the truck was not outfitted with a hitch capable of towing standard style trailer. When I discuss this with the manager after a parts employee figured out the incorect hitch was outfited on the truck, they refused to even discuss this issue with me. Thier resolution was to offer me 10% discount on the very expensive parts to install the appropiate towing hitch and no discount on their labor even. Furthermore the salesman blatently lied to his supervisor regarding our converstaion to discredit my complaint. If I could do it over again I would not shop here and potentially not even any Dodge dealership. Extremely frustrating experience and feel complete taken advantage of.

All but 1 dealer so far in my search has contacted me after I reached out to them. This dealer is less than 10mi away. Business must be real good. I will never reach out to them again.
