Software Update Needed
The RAV 4 Hybrid had only 2,500 miles and needed a software update for something that was draining the battery. Why was I not contacted about the update? The car wouldn't start three times. I had to take it in twice to learn about the software update.

Excellent service and staff
We recently purchased a new Prius. We needed some electronics changed and had other questions about all the new gizmos the car came with. All was attended to rapidly and a service tech came and patiently answered all our questions. Their service is excellent. We have the same experience, even with a used car we purchased from them in 20013.

Great service with a few system bugs
Everyone was very nice and the price quoted was more than I had to pay. However, there were a few bugs with the emailed notification saying less than the actual cost due and not explaining fully what service was done. Car performance felt much improved.

Very good experience
Worked with me to reach a reasonable sales price. Offered incentives without me asking, and found discounts on the extended warranty, which was unexpected. Entire process took less than 4 hours.
