Great service

I was able to do everything over the phone with John Spoons. Also, we signed the paperwork and got out of the dealership within an hour. The service was very fast. This was definitely the fastest car buying experience we had.

Excellent customer service And very friendly staff

Very friendly staff and very helpful , made repairs on an issue after I bought my truck,, and made sure to work around my schedule I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely send friends and family in the future

Charlie Zhang was honest, upfront, respectful and not pushy. He was great to work with! Pricing could not be beat either. Great experience as a first-time Costco auto purchase.

Professionalism of staff

Knowledge of product was top knock, helpfulness of salesman and finance staff was first rate. The walk through of the cars features was very detailed and complete. All this made for a rewarding experience.

Great cars, yes but great service, too!

Gene was excellent!! The car is awesome. The Hybrid highlander is exactly what we needed. We will be back soon for another Toyota.

not happy

my service was done in a timely matter, but not happy with the results I was told that my 70000 mile tire needs to be replaced at 50000 miles

regular scheduled maintenance

everyone is courteous and helpful if I have questions. I drive almost 30 miles from my home to this dealership where I bought my truck because I like the atmosphere.
