I took the car in for tire rotation and fluid checks and

I took the car in for tire rotation and fluid checks and the service took almost two hours to complete. I can get a root canal in less time. This is totally unacceptable to me. I should have been in and out in way less the 1 hour.

I am still waiting on a call from the “Manager “ !

I am still waiting on a call from the “Manager “ ! I had wrote a review, the Manager told me to call and I have 4 times ( records to proof) They had never serviced the used Vehicle I have purchased and said they did. All I would like from is provide the service you NEVER DID!!! BUYER BEWARE. Do not buy from this Dealership. Horrible service all around !

We’ve been very pleased with the service we’ve received

We’ve been very pleased with the service we’ve received so far. They’ve patiently answered every dumb question I could think of about my car.

I stopped in whn I was in town for work cuz my heater

I stopped in whn I was in town for work cuz my heater problem and tire was gng flat and first they took me after everyone that I was there before them then I just left it for them to look at which took longer then they said which I got a quote for the heating system and they told me my tire was fine but yet went flat the next morning so I took it in whn I got back home and there was a nail in my tire so obviously they didn’t even look at it so thank you for that but definitely was not a good visit and won’t return there!

I really appreciate the professional care of our Lexus

I really appreciate the professional care of our Lexus and that it was still under warranty so it didn’t cost us anything. Isaac and his helpers did an excellent job and it was done very quickly. Thank you very much now. What do I do?

Max at service counter was great.

Max at service counter was great. My only complaint was finding oil on my garage floor after my service. I would honestly expect a better job of cleaning up for the amount of money paid for oil change.
