Craig Reynolds was our salesman. Craig is very personable -He is very caring ,knowledgeable, and confident. He made the purchase of our CRV very painless. Spokane Honda

I always am taken care of in a courteous and punctual manner. This visit my car 'developed' electrical problems right after my visit. The folks at Honda fitted me in their busy schedule to diagnose and fix the problem. After talking with them I feel that it was my fault for the glitch - but the issues were solved at no expense to me. Thanks to Richard the fellow at the intake/check-out desk for his politeness and timely information. He was very busy - but took all the time I needed to help me. DBallou

We will definitely buy our next Honda from Larry H. Miller. The sales consultant really took care of business - quickly and efficiently. From the walk to the car, the test ride, to filling out the paperwork, and handing me the key, we were treated with respect, kept informed of the purchase process, and handed over to "the closer" with minimal effort. Took my Honda Odyssey in for an oil change. Almost have 100K miles. Leo and Ben(?) assisted me.They were very professional and did not try to "hard sell" me on any maintenance issues - which I appreciated. Leo was great at pick up. Had my car ready and had checked on previous issues and commented on future maintenance needs. They were accurate as my husband and I did previous research. It's hard to find honest car maintenance folks so it was a refreshing experience.
