If you hate your car, take it here! I asked for a simple...

If you hate your car, take it here! I asked for a simple tire switch and a bumper to bumper inspection. They said they would do both...didn't do the inspection even after I specifically asked for it. When I picked it up the told me I had to schedule another appointment for the inspection and that they "might" have time for it. They couldn't even switch my tires correctly. They put the 2 more worn tires on the left side of my car instead of putting both on the rear or front. So now my car has uneven traction. I spoke to their Service Manager, Romel, and he told me to buy better tires and they don't do bumper to bumper inspections. He was very dismissive. Thanks Kendall Toyota!

Thank You Arn!

I went to try to find a Subaru Outback in Anchorage and was ready to give up today. The prior dealerships had been pretty rushed, and low balled my trade in while up selling the vehicles. So I was pretty frustrated. My husband and I decided to stop by Kendall and check out their inventory. Arn helped us the whole way through from start to finish. He explained trade in values, the financing process, and I left with an awesome Outback that I was not expecting to find. Thank you again for the stress free experience!

My used car purchase

I originally wrote a review about the purchase of my used car. I had some issues with it, but the dealership has reached out to me, and both Tim and Nick (managers for used cars) helped make things right for me. They addressed all the issues I had with my vehicle, and I am completely satisfied with the customer service after getting these issues sorted out. Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be a way to remove or change my previous review, so I'm making a new one. Thank you guys for helping me with the issues that I had with my used car! This instills a lot of confidence that I made the right decision in coming to Kendall Toyota to purchase a vehicle.

The place won't even give you the time of day, asking for...

The place won't even give you the time of day, asking for $6k over MSRP for "Market Adjustment". The dude I got transferred to I could barely understand and had to repeat myself like 4 times to.
