Car buying can be a long process, I don't care for the sales pitch just be honest transparent, quick to listen and slow to speak making it more about the customer than you. Alex ( salesman), I believe his name was Masie ( the general manager) and Jaryd ( finance) did just that they listened went the extra mile to make it about providing an exceptional customer experience with a birthday cake surprise!
