Great customer service Sam Kim

Sam Kim is the guy to go to. Superior customer service. he made sure I got what I needed and worked with me regarding prices etc. I am only 26 years old and Sam did not make me feel like I was getting taking advantage of. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market looking for a new car.

My favorite dealership ever!

If you want to get a dream car and have an easy time doing it, go see Alex. Wasn't sure if it was possible to get in what I wanted but he made it happen. I recommend the him, CJ in service, mgmt, and all the other smiling faces I saw. Now I just have to figure out a way to steal their seats at the next wizards game!

Superb Leasing Experience A+++++

I had called ahead of time and spoke with Matt Emery about trading in my current lease for a new lease. Price was important to me, so I wanted to know for certain that my needs and requirements could be met before I committed to coming into the dealership. Matt assured me that he'd meet my requirements. Once I came to the dealership, I continued to work with Matt, as well as Sam Kim. Both exuded professionalism and integrity, and several hours later, I drove away with the car that I wanted at the price that I wanted. I couldn't be happier. If all dealerships were as professionally run as this one, car dealerships wouldn't have such bad reputations. I will definitely come back to Lexus of Silver Spring.

Trevor Warwick is the best😎!!!

If you're interested in purchasing a superb high end car, my family and I highly recommend that you stop by Lexus of Silver Spring and see Trevor Warwick and Alex Abbaszadeh. We have been Lexus customers since 2009 and Trevor and Alex have been our sales consultants the entire time. Trevor has assisted me greatly by providing sound advice on the purchase of cars for myself and my wife and Alex has been instrumental in two of my kids with purchased. Trevor and Alex never, ever tries to pressure or make you uncomfortable by steering you towards a deal. Above and Beyond

I recently purchased a Lexus RX from Silver Spring Lexus. My salesperson, Alex Abbaszadeh, has been exceptional, as has everyone at the dealership. These include Matt Emery, Chris Morris, Ali Golestani, and Billy Karagiorgis, license tag installer, car washer, receptionist, and of course Alex. . I have been in touch with Alex multiple times asking questions about my car and each time he has responded quickly and with courtesy. I have never dealt with a sales person or a dealership who provided a positive purchasing experience. More importantly, a staff who continues to offer assistance after the car leaves the lot. ems

"The Most Wonderful Experience Ever"

We contacted Matt Emery via email and explained to him what we were looking for in a 2016 Lexus ES350. Once Matt quoted us a price that we liked, we drove down from PA to purchase the ES350. Since Matt was a man of his word, and all of the legwork had been done via email, within three hours, we were driving away in our Lexus. Also, Jonathan Dorfmann was great in assisting us with the preliminary paperwork and demonstrating the Lexus technology for us before we left the dealer. Lastly, Amal Adnan was wonderful in explaining the leasing process to us. She helped us to make the decision to lease. This was a first for us! All in all, it was a wonderful car buying experience; the best one ever!

Completely take advantage of you

I bought my pre-owned car in July of 2015, and it is currently on its SIXTH time to the garage for multiple different issues. I've had to put so much time and money into this car since I bought it, my purchase wasn't even worth it. When I tried to call to speak to someone any time in the past few months I have been either completely ignored or have had great disrespect shown to me by "managers". Also, I had my car paid outright with cash the day I bought it and they had my title sitting in their possession for over 3 weeks before I had to call and get them to send it to me, even though they were supposed to send it to me originally as soon as they received it. They are rude as xxxx, and I hope no one uses the pre-owned department at this Lexus. All they'll do is try to screw you over unless you have a boat load of money. I will absolutely NEVER return.
