This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I initially worked with Matt, who introduced me to Godfrey. Both Matt and Godfrey were friendly and professional. I was looking at a used vehicle, and both happily gave me permission to take the vehicle off the lot and take it to my father, a mechanic. After the car got a clean bill of health, Matt and Godfrey were fair when negotiating a price, They were clear with their offers, and made good on all promises they gave. For financing, I met with Chris. He was extremely personable, and again, not pushy. He engaged me in a friendly, yet professional matter. I would highly recommend this team!

Recently my husband and I stopped by Lexus for a test drive. The minute we walked in, Sam was there to help. I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone. Kenneth Kim and Sam Kim was very professional but kept it genuine. They made the process of buying a car super easy and they work with you to accommodate your needs and wants. They also do great maintenance service, I go to Russell who is now the service manager but he treats me specially and takes care of what I need. They have a very diverse demographic of clienteles and the Korean community seems to favorite the Lexus of Silver Spring a lot, especially in my neighborhood. I can be super particular about how things are done but they were so patient with me and go out of their way to give me great service! 10/10 for sure. We purchased a NX200 2015 and I couldn't get the bluetooth to connect to my phone so I called and they told me to come in immediately so they can help me and it worked! Love all the employees there, they are super nice and friendly.
