Buying a car is stressful. Buying a expensive high-end car is even more stressful. The employees at Silver Spring Lexus took all the stress away and made the buying process straight-forward and transparent. I love the “soft-ride,” of a Lexus. I want to thank these employees: Trevor Warwick: For appraising my trade and giving me “top-dollar,” for my trade. Andreas Tsirikos & Oksana Kolinyk: For making a very expensive car. . .very affordable. Tony Kim: Treating me like family, showing me all the buttons on my new car, pairing my phone, giving me Lexus’ bags to move all my stuff from the old car to the new car. He even installed my all season mats in my new car. Thank you. Sally Morshed: Making the paperwork signing fast and efficient. I bought the 3 for 1 protection which includes wheels, tires, and windshield. She saved me LOTS of money and really made the complicated paperwork process simple and easy, Thank you Sally~! It was nice of you to introduce me to your aunt and other people in the dealership~! I felt as if I was home. See ya soon. Don’t go anywhere else, just get in your car and see Tony Kim and friends at Silver Spring Lexus~!!!!!!

TRANSPARENT AND EASY

Awesome Service

I enjoyed my experience with Mr. Freeman. His expertise in directing me to the car I chose was very easy. I gave an 5 star to this dealership, because they worked diligent with me and served me with the upmost respect. Mr Freeman was with me and my wife every step to the end.

Great Customer Service & Enviroment

When going in to an appointment or emergency, visit, this dealer ship greets you upon arriving. Although not they’re fault for the unfortunate, their apologetic and reassuring all will be well taken care of. Clean, comfortable waiting areas, fresh coffees, pastries, snacks, water etc. Contingent on the required service, they extend a loaner vehicle for your convenience if needed. And those who wait, don’t wait long and all who’d like...receive free car wash. Thanks to all & a Extra Special Thanks to “CJ”, my service guy who ALWAYS makes my experience Great🤗.

Best Experience

Me and my wife visited Lexus just to compare with audi and bmw. Joel seemed to be the most approachable guy there so we asked his help. He was very helpful and sincere. Not only did we bought a new car but we gained a family friend.

Sam really is the best!

I went to several other Lexus dealerships (in Alexandria and Rockville) before going to Darcars in Silver Spring. The sales people we met at the other places were not great - they were manipulative and rude at times. Then we went here and met with Sam - Sam is the best! He’s incredibly nice, kind, and genuine. He made the process as stress-free as possible and I felt taken care of. I hate the act of buying cars but I would do it again in a heart beat if I knew Sam was the person I’d be working with. Will definitely be referring friends and coworkers to him. Thanks, Sam! Oh, I forgot to mention that on the financing side, we met with Nora and she was wonderful! At that point, we had been there for 6+ hours and I was already under the weather and getting hangry and inpatient, but Nora was so nice, polite, and professional, and she really tried to make the process as painless as possible. Then I met with Francisco and he showed me how my new car worked and was patient in explaining and reexplaining things, answering my questions, and also took the time to hook my phone up to my car. Thanks so much, Nora and Francisco!
