Last week I had the first service visit for my new Lexus, purchased in late February. I contacted Chris Cedeno, the sales associate who was so helpful when I was shopping for my new car, and he immediately arranged for me to bring my car in the very next day. Logan Brooks, of the service department, got me signed in quickly, and the 5,000 mile check was completed with no delay. At my request, Chris then very kindly reviewed a few of the features of my car that I was still unsure about how to use. I feel lucky to have such a helpful team--thanks to Chris and Logan.

I have been working with Chris on multiple new car leases over the past several years. He is awesome. He listens to what I want, isn't pushy, and is very professional. When working with him I do not feel rushed or pressured. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I have always left the dealership feeling good about my experience with Chris. He is even good with kids! The last time I was there I had the chance to meet Andreas, who was also a pleasure to work with. They both took the time to listen to my needs and accommodate. This dealership is not the closest to my home, but I drive here for all of my purchases and service because of the great experience.
