I interacted almost exclusively with Layla. I found her fully versed in the features of the ES 350's I was shown, able to convincingly describe the advantages of Lexus over other auto makes/models that I was seriously considering, and very able and willing to be helpful, in several ways, even after the sale was completed. Finally, I found Layla to be very personable. It has been a pleasure to deal with her.

Horrendous service
10k mile service: They called and said it was ready for pick up, however, I still had to wait almost 2 hours once I arrived which is ridiculous. I had to take off work for this and it is extremely inconvenient when I have to wait for an additional 2 hrs after service was supposedly complete already. Why would you call the customer to let them know the car is ready? It took them almost 4 hours for a simple service. They kept giving me excuses and the run around as to why it wasnt ready. 15k mile service: I was leary of another service appointment at location due to my last experience and I was right. I was told over the phone when I scheduled the appointment that service would be 1 hr if I waited around car wash included. I was told upon my arrival for service that it would take 2 hours with the wash and 1 hr 15 min without the wash. I had my 1 yr old with me so any additional time and last minute change in plans don't work with her schedule and our plans. Then I was told my back tires are larger than the front so they cant do a tire rotation which is the entire purpose of the 15k mile service. Why wasnt this info in the system when I scheduled this appointment? The service manager blamed it on the Rockville call center and mentioned that it's something they're trying to work on. As a customer, I could care less where and whom I spoke to and where its's located. This was a waste of time and the lack of communication at this location doesnt exist. The employees never act like they care or take any responsibility for their crappy service.

We are sorry that you feel this way about your service experience with us. It appears as though the promise time was set incorrectly by our appointment team. Our appointments run between 1.5 - 2 hours. Very rarely are cars in and out in less than an hour for scheduled maintenance. Again, we apologize
I have no problem with a longer service time but there is no communication between the store and the appointment team in Rockville. your appointment team needs extra training to provide customers with accurate information. You are essentially doubling the time they provided and wasting customers time. On top of that, I made an appointment unneccessarily since no one was aware that my tires couldn't even be rotated until the day of.
Treated as a friend
We came to the dealership just to get information for a Lexus RX. But after talking to Joel, we decided to get the car on the same day. We can feel his honesty and sincerity. And he did gave us a great deal.
