Laleh Pouya was an excellent sales person. She was very responsive -- I felt I got a good deal, and she was very forthcoming with information. After the sale, she explained all about the vehicle to me, and actually took time to explain all the technical details of using the latest technology. Furthermore, when I called and told her I had forgotten to take something out of my old car, she immediately took care of it and is holding for me so I can pick it up. Laleh Pouya is a charming and very lovely woman. She is forthcoming with information,, very professional, and treats her customers (certainly this customer) with kindness and respect. I would highly recommend her. And my experience was all together a very pleasant experience. This is my third Lexus, and the main reason I keep getting Lexus is because of the way they treat customers -- and Laleh is among the best.

I want to send a HUGE kudos to the hardworking and amazing salesman, Chris, and his exceptional manager, Oksana. My current lease agreement (a different make) expires in October, and I have been searching for a new vehicle for over 6 months. I walked into Darcars Lexus to take a look at my dream car, and decided to talk with Chris. He went over the specifications, and took me to inspect every car I was interested in learning about. While back at his office, Oksana walked by and recognized me from my first visit which was pretty impressive. She welcomed me back, and we discussed all of the options for a lease agreement. I am very indecisive so I went back and forth for hours with them about my personal needs, and they remained professional, calm, patient, and friendly. They educated me so that I could make an informed decision that I was comfortable with. No hassles, just civil, relaxed negotiations. I ended up leasing a car made by a brand I have dreamt about for many years. I am very impressed by the unmatched level of customer service and current deals. Our family has purchased several vehicles from Lexus of Silver Spring and each event has been great. Everyone there always treats us more as friends than just customers. Sam Kim was the rep for our latest purchase and, as we would expect, he's professional, courteous, and knowledgable. He dedicates his full time and attention to ensuring that a purchase is what the customer wants. His dual fluency in English and Korean was a plus for us in explaining the vehicle's features in both languages. We've also dealt with Manager Andreas Tsirikos who, like Sam, is fully customer oriented, amicable and knowledgeable. Sam's and Andreas' involvement doesn't stop with the completion of a purchase, though. Both are always willing to help in any way possible to ensure that our Lexus experiences continue to be pleasurable well after purchase, with service appointments, or simply for our questions about Lexus/vehicles. We've also had nothing but good experiences with the service department and Service Manager Nguyen Tang and his team.

If you are looking for an honest, genuine salesman (which I am pretty sure everyone would want), go to Tony. He has been wonderful and has helped me to great extent when choosing "the perfect car" for me. Not only has he been helpful to me, but he has helped my whole family and our family friends with their cars. I will forever be a Lexus fan because of him-thanks Tony!

Laleh provided excellent customer service. She is very patient and very detailed oriented. Nora was very helpful in making sure I understood everything in regards to finance of vehicle. Francisco was very nice and reviewed with me all the technical parts of the car with me.

My experience at DARCARS Lexus of Silver Spring was top notch! The salesperson, Tony Kim, was very helpful from the beginning and until we got of the dealer with the car I was looking for. He was honest and made me and my husband feel comfortable while we were at the dealer. He and his manager gave us a great deal and their finance department did hassle free processing. I like their anytime free car wash service and providing valet service for your convenience. I really recommend this Lexus dealer!
