I just bought a Rx350 a few days ago. He is an Excellent guy!! If you are looking for a honest salesman, go for him! He cares about customers a lot and provide great services as well. I am very satisfied with the car and its price! Definitely getting a next car from him!

His tone toward me was very friendly and personal, and was very respectful. He helped me decide on many different car models, which eased me toward my purchase of my RX350L. He responded to my emails very promptly and was quick to talk to over the phone. I highly recommend him for all future car purchases at this car dealership.

My wife’s Car broke down, this morning. When she got to the dealer Alex Silva was very professional and helpful. Not only her car fixed she was given a loaner. She was overwhelmed by Alex professionalism. Having owned four Lexus and still own Two RX 350. Kudos to Lexus of Silver Spring.

Her name is Laleh Pouya and she was confident, personal and business-like every step of the way. I had several conversations with her on the phone prior to visiting the dealership, so she knew what I was interested in. When I arrived onsite, there were two different GX’s waiting for me to consider and test drive. When I decided that I wanted a couple of different options than what they had at the dealership, she immediately worked the phones/computer and found what I was looking for. The vehicle was on-site the next day! I am happy to say that I felt I was treated fairly and that everyone I came into contact with at Lexus of Silver Spring were courteous every step of the way. Laleh was outstanding and she was a pleasure to work with!
