Love the New car Staff

The customer service here is unbelievable. From what I understand it is under completely new management (which is wonderful btw) Tessa was a terrific sales associate and made sure all of my needs were met. The new General Manager James is so involved with every customer making sure that everyone is being properly taken care of! Even His own staff!! You could tell that he genuinely cared about everyone customer and employee. I honestly cant wait to see them again!

Great selection of SRT8s!

I've been buying dodge cars for quite a while. Many of them have been sports cars from SRT4 neons to the Chargers and Challengers of more recent years. I gotta tell you, I have never seen a better selection of SRT vehicles and I did my research to find me the right one. They told me "we'll get you the best price because we have more than anyone else". I figured, I'll give it a shot. Long story short, I got an awesome deal on an awesome challenger SRT8. Mark was my sales consultant. He really knew what he was talking about when it came to dodge. Anything technical, he knew. I was even greeted by the General manager of the place! I know that doesnt happen at most dealers. I really had a pretty easy experience and felt like everything was really straight forward. I will definitely be going back there!

I LOVE Darcars VW!!! Using the Costco buying program, I...

I LOVE Darcars VW!!! Using the Costco buying program, I bought my brand new 2013 Passat with NO price haggling, and EVERYONE at the Dealership was courteous, helpful, willing to talk about all the options in front of me WITHOUT even suggesting more expensive or higher-end options for the sake of selling a more expensive car. The show-room is sleek, impeccably clean and VERY nicely appointed. If you're looking for an exceptional sales person, ask for Uri. He is extremely knowledgable and patient. Also David, who works closely with Uri is SO lovely and kind and brings a relaxed feel to the scary process of buying a new car. The WHOLE experience was flawless and comfortable, and ALL the people, from the General Manager, James to the financing person, Saji, were all genuinely friendly and soooooo helpful. I came away feeling like I got an excellent deal on a fantastic car, and feel like I'll be well taken care of throughout my ownership of this car. I am SOOOOO delighted by the whole experience. I would recommend going to Rockville location

My wife and I went in to buy the cheapest Caravan. The new car salesman was dismissive and not helpful, although he did give us a brief moment of his non-busy time to give us a fairly decent quote on a new car. Basically he didn't want to make money, and tried pawning us off to the used car guy, whose method was showing us a bunch if cars we told him we didn't want, on an Ipad. Afterwards we drove out to the Rockville location. Much better experience, although there quote was higher. We actually used the Silver Spring location's quote to lower our price, and ultimately we ended up buying the car there. They were fair, and acted like they wanted our business, despite the fact that we also told them we were only interested in the cheapest model. I would recommend that location instead if interested in a Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep.

I had the most wonderful experience with this dealership...

I had the most wonderful experience with this dealership in leasing my new Volkswagen Tiguan. I have only purchased from Carmax in the past because I do not like being hassled by car dealers. These two men (David Misoi and Al Torabi) were fantastic to work with from start to finish. They really worked on making my payments work for me. I would recommend this dealership over any other to anyone. Even now as I go in for service they treat me like family. Such a pleasure doing business with honest men who seem to really love their job.

service department

So i have 2012 ram1500 that i have purchased 3 month ago and i.buy cars from them every.year a new one......and they are allright in terms.of sales .... But service department is a mess u can.be sitting.all.day just to.change a fuse or while they check your loose brake pedal i have no.idea And please dont purahase any packeges from finance departments its a total scam

Darcars kept me waiting when my car was finished, left...

Darcars kept me waiting when my car was finished, left service trash in the car, and offered no explanation, no apologies. I had a great dealer before i cam here, and thought all VW dealers would meet a minimum standard. Does not appear to be the case. Not going back. Martens gets excellent reviews--headed there from now on.

Hi, I bought a used 2010 VW Jetta TDI from Darcars...

Hi, I bought a used 2010 VW Jetta TDI from Darcars silverspring in June, The salesman and sales manager are great! They are too good at their job. But I took my car for service and the service department is totally xx. They dont know what they are doing and very poor quality, They called me saying they fixed the car and it was not even drivable. (They obviously didnt even take it for a test drive after the fix.) I have to go back home and come in the next day, and after a month the same issue came back again and I took it to another VW dealer in Rockville and they fixed it right for me. Total waste of time and money with the service department. The account department also sucks, they couldnt process my loan and payoff check for a month and I was put in a situation where I had to pay 2 loans. (1 for my tradein car, and 2 for my new car.) This is not what you expect from a car dealer. Its not enough to sell cars! you gota be meticulous at service and other departments too! Otherwise I can go pick my car from any other unnamed used car lot!!! I have written to Darcars corporate office about my experience too! -Frustrated customer of darcars silver spring!!

I dropped my car off with the dealer to fix. I dealt with Kevin Fluke. He told me he did not want to speak to me a woman but wanted to speak to my husband. He then began to tell me different contradictory statements about the service we had recieved stating that it was not his or his company's fault. The exact words he used to justify the situation were "don't make a mountain out of a molehill. The entire experience was very demeaning and derogatory. He did not attempt to rectify the situation at all or try to appease the customer.
