I would highly recommend DARCARS of Fairfax! My stepson and I found a 2001 Toyota Camry there yesterday afternoon and they worked out all of the financing for us to drive away with it that night. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with. Really honest and kind people.

You get what you pay for
You need to understand what this place is. (I won't call it a dealership.) It is a dumping ground for all the cars in the DarCars franchises that they do not want to sell because they have something wrong, or, if you will look at their inventory, the mileage is extremely high. This used to be a (pretty lousy) Chrysler dealership but it got pulled when Chrysler went into bankruptcy. That being said, if you need a cheap car this is the place to go. If you expect good customer service, or any kind of service on the vehicles you buy here forget it. Not to mention the sales reps still use the Darvish mentality and treat anyone who walks on their lot like dirt. Darvish dumps these cars on the lot for a few weeks and if they don't sell then they are sent to wholesale auctions.

Would not return
We went there to test drive a Mazda5. We called in advance to tell them we were coming to test drive. When we arrived, the Mazda5 was still at the end of the lot with a battery charger next to it. We went inside to tell them we were here and would like to look at the car. They walked us out to the back of the lot and said that "Someone left the lights on." So the car battery was completely dead. The guy who was there (who didn't even put his cigarette out to greet us and our children) took 5 minutes to get it to work, with sparks and smoke galore. Finally got it started, drove it in a circle around the lot, pulled up to the dealer entrance, and the car died. Completely. Needles to say, definitely not coming back. When we went to give them the key back and explain what happened all they could say was "Are you interested in another car?" Nope. Thanks anyway!

Disappointed again and again...
I have known this place for years since the time I owned Chrysler Town&Country (They used to be an authorized Chrysler dealer). This place seems getting worse ever since they became a used car dealer, and I can see no sign of improvement. Test drove 2003 Mazda MPV which was Carfax-certified 1-owner vehicle with no stains in its history. A quick test drive immediately revealed multiple problems. Severe vibration and smoke. This is at best an average used car dealer who only cares about making cars in their inventory pass state inspection for sale. They absolutely do nothing more. People working here seems to have no motivation to make things better. No one came to me when I walked into their show room and I had to ask a woman at a cashier for assistance.

Where to begin....First of all, and I guess kind of expected, we paid cash but there was no wiggle room on the pick up we bought. We did buy as is, HOWEVER, with a brand new inspection sticker on it, I did not expect what was to come next. 50 miles later it is in the shop. $1,400 on repairs to a radiator, hoses, and brakes that never should have passed inspection. Don't buy here. You're going to get a really crappy deal, and your car will break down. And they lie on inspections. My guess is they don't even really do one. Just put the sticker on.

Ahmed Albadri was great and his Managers(two of them - one with glass) are great too. Both gave perfect information and they are flexible and try to work with you. Ahmed gave right information and when i went to see the car, they are flexible and easy to work with them. No pressure environment. I would go back if i want another car. This is DARCARS outlet located in Fairfax VA, I am not talking about all DARCARS.

BUYER BEWARE - DON'T BUY HERE
I bought a 2006 Nissan Murano SL AWD from this delearship. It was making a small noise, and they took it into their shop to look at it twice. I was assured it was nothing major, but that if anything happened, since I was purchasing the "Ultimate" in warranties, I would be fine, and was further told that if the warranty would not cover the repairs, they would. To make this short, I just scheduled my first payment for this car, that I only got to drive 3 days after the purchase before the transmission litteraly fell off. The after weeks in the shop and all sorts of excuses, the warranty company backed off from the repair, and soon after so did the delearship. All the sudden, amnesia fell in, and no one remembers saying anything about repairing it. But, they did offer for me to pay half of the repair bill. When I said no, they told me... I was "unreasonable" and left it at that. I am currently in the process of formal complaints on the company, and will be seeking legal advise tomorrow. DONT BUY FROM THEM, and if you are brave enough to... make sure that anything they tell you is in writting, because when it counts, they will back out of it.
