I would recommend never even contacting this DARCARS location. The vehicle I inquired about apparently had mechanical problems and was in the process of being shipped to an auto auction. The salesman I spoke with never mentioned any issues with the vehicle and stated it was available for sale. Upon arrival that evening, another salesman and the manager informed me the vehicle was not available. Once they confirmed it had been sent to auction, the manager added that the vehicle had problems and they could not sell it. No further explanation or apology given. It was a complete waste of time that could have been avoided if the salesman knew what was going on at his own dealership. Further compounding my frustration, I never received a call or e-mail apologizing for the error. Instead I received an e-mail from the original salesman I spoke with, weeks later, informing the vehicle had been sold. Just a completely clueless dealer.

Very bad experience with Darcars Fairfax- I had visited...
Very bad experience with Darcars Fairfax- I had visited Darcars through washington post for 2005 Honda Civic (Stock #: N240031), the add was for $5995 and the saleasperson told me it is for $6999 on cash payment and he said this is what my computer is showing, I do not know what your inetrnet is showing you, the very next day price for this car was incresed to $6999 on internet, the sales team is not friendly, I do not trust this dealer anymore and would not recommend anyone to bye car from this place.

One Happy Customer
I went in to look at and maybe purchase a 2007 Honda Accord from Darcars Fairfax, but unexpectedly, the money that I transferred to my main account didn't transfer the day it said it would. They still worked with me! I drove off the lot happier and more relieved then when I got there!

Poor service
The sales agent was good but his financial manager showed a lack of experience and offered a poor service. The buying process in general was very poor and need a lot improvement.

I saw a car online but once I got to the lot I was shock. I told them this is not what I Saw online. The car would not START>>

Selling by Intimidation
We gave this facility two tries and decided to give up. They showed us two cars that were dirty and run down that they wanted to sell at market value. It was obvious they put zero dollars into repairs before trying to sell vehicles to buyers. When we called them on this they started yelling at us and asking us "what do you want from us". Our response was, "a car that is safe for us and our children". One of the cars cut off twice when we tried to start it for the test drive. It also cut off on the manager right in front of us and he told us it didn't. Darcars of Fairfax was not the place to find what we are looking for.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership years back. When it was time to seach for another vehicle, I brought my husband here and sure enough, they worked with us and the manager even recognized me. They have excellent customer service and will definitely recommend them.

They listed a car for sale on cars.com for $25,995 which...
They listed a car for sale on cars.com for $25,995 which lured me into going to the dealership. I found the car on their lot and it had a sticker of $31,995 which I thought was a major red flag. I had printed the cars.com advertisement and the salesman said they would honor it. Hence, I test drove the car and inspected it which took about 1 hour of my time. I then told them I was interested in purchasing it. After spending more time filling out forms inside the dealership, the manager came over and said they would not sell the call for under $29,995 because they paid more than $25,995 and would lose money on it. This is totally unprofessional behavior. The manager was telling me this stuff with a straight face all the time wearing a $30,000 Rolex gold watch, probably figuring he was going to get another one by ripping me off. He also was very condescending and low-balled me on my trade which Kelley Blue book had at $17k and he offered me $12k. Overall this dealership is disreputable and should be avoided.

I bought a pre-owned SUV from this dealership in November...
I bought a pre-owned SUV from this dealership in November and traded in my vehicle. I had a payment due on my current vehicle a few days from the purchase date of the SUV but the reps at the dealership told me not to worry about making the payment and that they would sort out the pay-off swiftly. Well, that didn't happen, it took always THREE WEEKS for them to send the pay off check and by that time it was so late that the amount they sent was a bit less than the 10 day pay-off they were given. I told them they had to make sure they paid the difference before the 30 day period (so my payment is not reported as 30 days late on the existing loan being paid off). 30 days is tomorrow and the second check has still not been received by my previous bank/lender, even though I was told a week and a half ago that it would be sent immediately (to only find out it was sent 2 days ago!!) What sort of nonsense is that??! Very inefficient and poorly managed process by the finance department. And they were not completely forthcoming and honest with me. My gut was telling me to make my payment, and I should have trusted my gut! Will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership ever again, and do not recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience. Not only was the price best around. Staff was very friendly. Great selction to choose from. No hassle very straight forward. Was able to get a fantastic interest rate through finance.Overall would recomend. Took delivery very pleased with my car. Thank you DARCARS.
