Hassle free car purchase

I knew what I wanted. Phil explained the specifics of what I was getting. He also assisted me in updating my insurance coverage.in a session that lasted less than an hour. All matters were handled efficiently.

went in on Sunday 5/27, Steve H was very thorough with the process, explained all the options in detail. explained all my options. Cj and the rest of the employees were helpful, smiling and just an overall painless process. 10/10, FIRST TIME BUYING A CAR

Very Good

Overall things were very good. There were some mis-communications in the beginning, but everyone worked together to get things resolved correctly. Phil was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all my questions. He also always answered his phone. I was slightly disappointed that the service department could not find part numbers for the tonneau cover. I was able to find all the parts via other Toyota dealerships online parts catalog and ordered them. Hence my 4 star rating.

Always prompt and efficient

Toyota has great hours for their service center, I am able to go after work and not have to take time off or go on a Saturday

Amazing people to work with

Very painless, and easy deal. Everyone was very helpful and knolagable. Great place to buy a car. They worked very quickly to get everything done. I was surprised to pick up the car and tints already done. Great customer service

Gt500 amazing!

Not the first place I would think of finding a perfect 2013 GT500 but looks are deceiving. The sales folks are total gear heads and it is amazing. The used car manager Mike was hands down the coolest person we ever worked with. Totally upfront, fair and honest. Best car buying experience ever. Sorry I did not catch our sales mans name (there was alot going on) but he was also really good. Very nice guy, down to earth.

Patient and knowledgeable

I haven’t bought a car in 10 years. I was nervous. Steve was very patient while showing me all of my options of buying, leasing, different models...He was able to get me into the exact car I wanted!! I never thought I could afford it. He also was very patient and caring when explaining how the car worked (all the buttons and features). He was genuinely very happy for me and I felt comfortable asking him questions about the car.
