We came into Toyota of Wallingford just to look at used Toyota Sienna's. We were very happy to see they had a couple on the lot. Elias was very friendly and followed up without making us feel pressured. We were very impressed at the service record of this particular dealership, and that helped us make our decision to buy from them.

My wife and I needed to get a bigger car (we had twins), so we did some research and found that the Sienna was the way to go so we looked around and found our local dealership had two. We stopped in to see what they had to offer and Steve came right over and started helping us. He was very friendly and professional. He always asked if we had questions and took time to explain each answer. We knew that these cars can sell fast and they had one of the best deals for age and mileage of the car. Steve was never pushy about the sale and he gave us honest answers. As we went to leave, we wanted to think a day or two before jumping on this, Steve came over to us and brought the finance guy over to see if they could help get us a better deal, which they did. This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership and it was an excellent one as both my wife and I were very happy with how it went.

This was my first experience with a Toyota dealer. I found the sales people and the folks in other departments to be friendly and easy to deal with. I didn't think I would get my new car as quickly as I did, either, since it was coming from out of state. It didn't take all day to go through the paperwork and details, either.
