This is my fourth purchase from Toyota of Wallingford. My first was a 97 Honda which introduced me to salesman Elvin Witcher. Elvin also helped me with my purchase of a 2005 Highlander. It was Elvins concern for what I needed and could afford that brought me back to Toyota of Wallingford. I have since traded up to a 2013 Highlander and recently to a 2015 Highlander. While Elvin is still with the dealer he was not available for my recent purchase. Phil Orzel assisted me with this purchase and it was a pleasure to work with him. He was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all questions quickly and honestly and his interaction with the business office led to a sale that was good for all parties. When it came to the sit down with finance, Dan Roberts, took as much time as necessary to walk me through ALL the paperwork and did not try to sell me something I did not need. Once again a good car buying experience...I will be returning to this dealer for my wife's next car hoping that the experience continues.

I purchased my car at Toyota of Wallingford 5 years ago, and always return for the free oil changes and any other maintenance work. Attention is given as soon as I walk in, the staff are always polite and helpful. I usually wait in the showroom, and have a free cup of coffee. The work is always done well, on time and at a reasonable cost. All of the staff that I have encountered are friendly and considerate. There is never a hard sell to get work done, or to purchase a new car. I would not go anyplace else for work on my car, or when I want to purchase another car. I highly recommend Toyota of Wallingford.

I went in to purchase a used vehicle at Toyota of Wallingford and right away I was greeted at the door by John. He was very accommodating to what we were looking for and what our budget was. He showed us a 2015 RAV4 which was in the price range we were looking for. Took the car for a test drive and sure enough it was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. On 2/20 , Service Department recommended new battery . I had question on plate design ; no data was immediately available . I selected highest quality model available . At checkout , I was presented requested data. I had already made choice ; staff did not have to take this extra step ; THANK YOU BOB and check-in associate who took my information , young lady at desk closest to door . In these times of ubiquitous rising prices , employee attitudes and actions like these are what help your business separate itself from the herd . Charles ingold .
