Tire Repair

Called in to service on a Sat to have a nail removed from tire. Told me to come down as soon as I could. I was in and out within 25?minutes. I coyynot ask for any better service. Prompt and courteous

Excellent service!

Excellent truck buying experience. From the great selection of vehicles to the attention to detail of Fred and his team! From sales, to managers, to finance, very satisfied. Third vehicle I have purchased from them and I recommend all my friends and family to them as well.

Excellent

Toyota of Wallingford Service Advisor Shawna provided prompt and courteous service, answered all my questions about any possible recalls of my 2016 Toyota Tundra. The Service waiting area was comfortable. I will return to Wallingford Toyota for all the future service on my truck. Thank you.

As Easy as Car Buying Could Be

Phil made buying a car as easy as car buying could be. He kept me up to date on when my 4 Runner would be ready and even sent videos. The paperwork was ready before I arrived so when I picked up my vehicle I was driving away in no time. Everyone was professional and friendly.

Great New-Car Buying Experience

This is what buying a new car should be like--from start to finish! My salesman, Jon Petro, listened to me, explained everything well, and answered all my questions. Refreshing! Finance manager Bill DiChello made the sale very straightforward, with no pressure to add additional warranties, just an explanation of what was available. All the personnel were very helpful and instilled a high level of trust. Everthing on the car was prepared well for the pickup. A couple of my friends bought new cars here in the past 13 years and had nothing but good to say about both the buying experience and the service department. Kudos, Jon and your colleagues!

Pleasant, Professional

I was immediately greeted and asked how I could be helped by a very friendly young woman named Jessica. Mr. Ballough (Jimmy) was wonderful. He talked with me and helped me find a few cars that I would meet my needs. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and polite. He took the time to go over all the options the car had and even offered to help with programming the phone for my daughter once we gave her the car. Jimmy even went beyond when he offered to help with our other car that was missing an additional key. I had a great experience at Toyota of Wallingford. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. Salesmen like Jimmy Ballough make the stressful car buying a pleasure.
