Toyota of Wallingford made an experience I was dreading (replacing my beloved 18 year old car) as pleasant as it could possibly be. I want to give special recognition to Jon Petro, who was exceptionally patient with a self-admitted challenging customer. It was important to me to be able to negotiate for the best possible value for my money, and Jon really went above and beyond for me. His genuine kindness and willingness to work with me are rare qualities in the industry, and appreciated more than words can say.

John worked hard to get me the deal I was looking for and did a great job ! Great people work in this dealership and make it a great environment !

I like the fact that it takes them an hour and don't have to wait more than two hours for a regular car service; Very friendly staff.

They found me exactly what I wanted & in no time we did the paperwork. I was introduced to the service department while making my purchase, & they were professional & set up my first appointment. It will be nice to see familiar faces upon coming in for my Toyota Care service, & thereafter.
