JOHN AND THE SALES TEAM WORKED HARD IN EARNING MY BUSINESS AND THE EFFORT DID NOT GO UNAPPRECIATED AS THEY PERFORMED BETTER THAN ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. THEY FOUND THE CAR AND OPTIONS I REQUESTED AND WORKED WITH ME ON PRICE AND PAYMENTS. THE INFORMATION I REQUESTED CAME BACK FAST AND CLEAR AND THE CLOSING PROCESS WITH BILL WAS FAST AND EFFICIENT. ALL ASSOCIATES I CAME IN CONTACT WITH WERE PLEASANT AND ATTENTIVE.

I drove and hour and half to go to this dealership. They were very welcoming. When I got there the cars I was interested in were already waiting out front for me. I worked with Jon who was fabulous. He was very informative, and answered all our questions. Because we lived so far from this dealership they worked well with us so I could take the new used car home that day. Everyone in sales was efficient and pleasant to deal with. Overall great experience!

I have been purchasing vehicles from Toyota of Wallingford off & on for 18 years, quality and service are reliable and the vehicles I have come home with are always in fine working order. Recently came in to trade in a 4Runner I had bought but really needed a truck for work and life activities. My husband and I had a rav4 that was coming to end of lease and knowing that I wanted a bigger car that was going to grow with my family Fred was right there to answer questions that would better suited for my family. We ended up on a highlander and couldn’t be happier with my choice. They knew our budget and worked with it and gave us great customer service the whole time!

Service employees are efficient and pleasant to deal with. It's convenient to be able to book an early am appointment and wait without taking a half of a day from work - I was in my office 20 minutes after my normal time - Service is efficient and prompt!

They can get you in in you need emergancy work preformed and they are open early and late to fit any ones schedule. Give them a try.

Steve was very Patient and friendly, I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision. Everyone was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.
