A couple of months ago I brought my car to Toyota of Wallingford. I can say that I had a great first experience. The first person to greet me was Genna. She was cheery and extremely helpful. Second time was when i received letter in mail about a recall. I went back and once again Genna was first person to greet me. She stated she remembered me from first visit, and was friendly and helpful. She said it was for airbag, but that there was another recall. She took time to schedule appt around my work schedule. After dropping my car off to be inspected for the recall part, I noticed my check engine light was on. It had never turned on prior to appt. When I called service dept a man answered the phone and was NOT helpful. He first stated that there was no record of me being there. I explained to him that I was waiting for part to come in for ECM. He than found my info and stated that air bag recall and ECM was the same thing and it must be another reason for check engine light to be on. I stated I did not believe that it was the same thing. He seemed frustrated and asked me to drop the car off. I waited for call that part came in. I this time asked to speak with Genna. She took time to look up info on the ECM and printed it for me, for my peace of mind. The printout clearly stated that engine light COULD come on as a result of this. Either way she went out of her way., This is definitely Great Customer Service!!! I think she is knowledgeable and if she has any doubts she would verify, she is devoted and should be recognized for Excellent Customer Service. by Ada L.

Best sales guy around :)

This was my first 'big girl' purchase and I was terrified. I'm sure everyone's hear horror stories of pushy salesman trying to just make their money and don't pay much mind to the customer. My experience with Steve was the opposite. He was very funny and personable from the beginning. I came in with drama of getting a RAV4 but grad school in the fall and rent to pay really put a downer on that. I left with a beautiful 2014 Toyota Corolla and I love it so far! Pretty quick process. I came in one day, thought about it and then came in the next day and left with the car. I highly recommend Steve !

Great Experience

Wonderful experience! Steve made the process very easy. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and I am very happy with my new car.

Excellent

Salesperson Angelo knew the auto functions well. Explained everything in detail and stopped when asked to.Was interested in finding the right fit of auto for me. Price was fare, unpressured and correct. Will purchase my next from them.

Newest vehicle I've bought in 15 yrs

I located two SUV's I was interested, called dealership and spoke with salesperson. I met with the salesperson after work, test drove both SUV's and discussed how I could make the purchase. The salesperson was very busy, took the time to help me. A couple of hours later I was in the financial office signing/filling out all the paperwork. Four days later I'm driving/enjoying my new car👍🏼😁 The staff at Wallingford Toyota are Amazing..

Great Experience and Got the Tacoma I've wanted!!!

Myself and my fiancé went into Toyota of Wallingford looking for a new pickup truck. We were greeted by Elvin. He was friendly and informative so we asked to test drive the 2016 Toyota Tacoma. The truck drove like a dream. We returned a week later to Sign paperwork and to get my new ride and we were dealing with Angelo due to Elvin being out on Surgery. Angelo was extremely knowledgeable and informative on my truck! We enjoyed doing business with Toyota Of Wallingford and will definitely be back very soon to make another deal. I will be recommending Angelo and Elvin Highly!

Great Experience!

This was my first time purchasing my own, new car. I felt very comfortable asking questions about the vehicles and current deals. The staff at Toyota of Wallingford provided me with all the information I needed to make a good car buying choice. I love my new Toyota Corolla and am extremely satisfied with my experience with this dealership and its staff.

Loving the new ride

after extensive research on new cars i decided on a toyota after owning a honda for 10+ years. within a month, i got in 2 test drives, stopped by the dealership multiple times for measurements with no issues, got a loan and they were able to locate me a beautiful new car. no pressure from the dealer and i got the best deal close to home. the process was hassle free and the employees were friendly. mike cote was quick in responding to any questions i had, and kept me updated as he located my car. always friendly service every time i call or walk into this place. highly recommended.

Personalized Service!

My family went to Toyota of Wallingford to buy our new RAV4. We had Steve Hernandez as our sale person and he was amazing!! Not only did he do everything he could to get us the best deal but he took the time to get to know my family. He took the time to talk to my 12 year old son about school and entertain my 2 year old daughter. When we came back in he remembered their names and what what they were interested in. The personal touch that Steve gave us will keep us coming back and only using him! We loved him so much we even ended up buying 2 cars!! If your shopping at Wallingford Toyota you have to use Steve!!
