Toyota of Wallingford

This was my first time leasing a car. It was an amazing experience. Toyota of Wallingford is extremely clean, has friendly staff who serves to the customers needs. Staff does not push the customer into anything, but instead provides and easy and calm experience. Staff is also very polite, understanding, respectful. In regards to cars, staff shows that they want the customer to feel comfortable as well as safe. My sales person was Mike Cote, he did everything mentioned above, plus more. Mike and Toyota definitely exceeded my expectations. Great service ALL around. I will recommend them to anyone and will most definitely choose them in the future. I really believe you made a customer for life out of me. Thank you Mike Cote and Toyota.

Dave Goodrich (in person) and Heather Keereweer (online sales) were a pleasure to deal with as I worked through the purchase of my new vehicle I felt they were honest and straightforward in the negotiation process ( significantly more so than other dealerships I spoke with). After 4 months of researching on my own as to what to do with my 2005 4Runner that I purchased in Middletown in 2006, I really didn't think I could financially afford anything in comparison to what I've had all these years! Sam Sipes and Isaac Cardona comfortably assured me via phone and text that it was more than possible without sacrificing what I was looking for! Within 24 hours of first contact, I came in and spoke with Isaac who was patiently waiting just minutes before their closing time because it was the best time for my schedule. He picked up very quickly what I wanted and could afford without all the extra b.s. or lean towards trying to talk me into anything different. Within an hour or two, the test drive, explanation of the car inside and out, budget discussion and signing of the car was made! :-) The quickness of the transaction was not because he was trying to sell me the car, but more because he genuinely listened to what I said the first time I said it whether it was a want or a concern, and still delivered it all in a package that was too good to even fight on! I'm one to do all my research on something prior to a decision and just get to the basics. Isaac multitasked everything for me in the perfect speed so not to waste either of our time! He always made sure better than I did that he thoroughly answered all of my questions. As tired as I was none of it was ever overwhelming and as disorganized as I felt, I was very comfortable being so at this dealership. The fact that I was missing a lot of paperwork needed and they helped me through how to go about it all made me even happier that I chose Toyota again and this particular branch!! (I was not planning on making a decision in one day!) The entire experience from start to finish was so reassuring and a no brainer for me. Not to mention as soon as I sat in the 2017 Highlander, I knew I was driving away with it!! Leasing is new to me as well and a very stressful thought process until everything was explained to me in the way needed to not feel like in 3 years I will be surprised on things I didn't know. Toyota cars easily sell them self, but the person behind the sell definitely seals the Deal!!! I could not be happier for sticking with Toyota, and it will be Wallingford dealership for my services here on!

Knowledgeable and friendly members. My sales consultant (like this word better then salesman) was amazing. He went out of his way to find me just what I was looking for. He gave me multiple options and answered all of my questions. He took his time to make sure the details were taken care of as well.

Al was kind and professional when introducing my son to the RAV4 explaining all we needed to know about the vehicle letting us decide what to do. I n all our years of buying cars we have never dealt with anyone who gave 110 percent to made sure we were happy with every detail. It was a complete pleasure to work with Al.

We had a excellent experience with saleman Al Salazar from Wallingford, Toyota. Mr. Salazar was one of the greatest people that I have deal with in a dealership. He treated us with respect and not pushing to get us into a car as quick. He explain everything is detail and took time to deal with us. He was extremely patient with me and my father who can be a pain when it comes to buying a car because of course we want the best deal we can get. It was a pleasure to work with the sales team First was Heather who responded to the internet lead. I told her the time we would be there and when we arrived the vehicle we wanted to test drive was ready and waiting. We were greeted by Eric Peele who was very helpful and informative about the vehicle. It was a pleasant, no pressure process from beginning to end. Picking up the car was easy but a little time consuming due to the fact they are down a finance person. This is not the closest Toyota dealership to my house but I went the extra distance because we felt very comfortable with the integrity of our sales person. I would buy another vehicle from Eric Peele

Both were very patient. Mike explained all options to me such as a lease, sale of new or used vehicle, and addressed every concern and option.

We have purchased our cars here with Elvin Witcher as our sales person for many years and have never had a problem. It has been a pleasurable experience always.
