I dealt with Steve Hernandez. From the moment that I stepped onto the lot, all the way to the signing of the deal, he helped me the whole way. He didn't lie or try to get me into something that I did not want to buy. I told him which car I wanted and he showed me exactly what I needed for me and my family. David Goodrich and Robert Rypysc are professionals who are responsive to their customer's needs. All of my questions were answered. The dealership should address their policy on asking the customer to put down added dollars for accessories purchased.

My experience started with an internet search of this dealer's used car inventory which brought me to a "chat" online with Heather Keereweer. She answered my questions about the vehicle I was interested in and told me if I came to test drive it, it would be ready and waiting for me. When I showed up, the Highlander was just outside the front door and Heather introduced me to Mike Cote who was my sales person for this transaction. Mike has a great personality and is well suited for this line of work. He was easy to deal with and at no time did I feel like I was being pressured into making a purchase.. We closed the deal and I drove home with the Highlander. I am completely satisfied with this dealership and have already started recommending them to relatives.
