Great

I dealt with Steve Hernandez. From the moment that I stepped onto the lot, all the way to the signing of the deal, he helped me the whole way. He didn't lie or try to get me into something that I did not want to buy. I told him which car I wanted and he showed me exactly what I needed for me and my family. Great customer service skills and I would recommend him to any one that is thinking on purchasing a vehicle. Definitely made my day!

Excellent

Faster transaction. No waiting time. Great Service. Good Follow-up. I get what I wanted and Eric was leading the efforts to make it happen. Employees were all interested on providing a good service and to make sure we felt good.

Worth the wait

"WOW" Professionalism at its best

Another great car purchase experience.

David Goodrich and Robert Rypysc are professionals who are responsive to their customer's needs. All of my questions were answered. The dealership should address their policy on asking the customer to put down added dollars for accessories purchased.

Very nice crew

I was treated fairly and efficiently. Every member in the the showroom and service department were friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Toyota and Scion of Wallingford to my friends and family.

Pleasantly Suprised

My experience started with an internet search of this dealer's used car inventory which brought me to a "chat" online with Heather Keereweer. She answered my questions about the vehicle I was interested in and told me if I came to test drive it, it would be ready and waiting for me. When I showed up, the Highlander was just outside the front door and Heather introduced me to Mike Cote who was my sales person for this transaction. Mike has a great personality and is well suited for this line of work. He was easy to deal with and at no time did I feel like I was being pressured into making a purchase.. We closed the deal and I drove home with the Highlander. I am completely satisfied with this dealership and have already started recommending them to relatives.
