Service visit

Started last week when I drove in because indoor overhead light burned out. Clare took care of me quickly even though I did not have an appt. Then, this appt was made and they accomodated time I requested. Clare at service desk was friendly and checked me in quickly. Service by Mike Fischer as always was excellent, he suggested I do oil change since it was close to time it would be due and that saved me an extra trip. Mike Fischer came out to explain what he did; answered my questions. I feel he keeps my car in good shape and I trust him. Clare volunteered to go out to parking lot and drive car into service check-in area so I wouldn't have to go out in cold to get car when service was done. That wasn't necessary as car was in sight of door, but I appreciated the offer on such a cold day.

Quick service, nice staff

Pleasant staff, got me in on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. Waiting room was clean and warm, good coffee. Ive had my RAV4 for a few months and I love it.

Good service

The sales rep came to tell me I had not replaced my battery since 2006, and I didn't believe him! He offered to call the dealer in Tx where I had received prior service, and I agreed. Sure enough, it had been over 7 years, negating the warranty. He didn't seem frustrated with me, remained calm, and I commend him for remaining professsional despite my disapointment about the warranty being up. On the other hand, the battery indeed lasted more than 7 years! Pretty good value.

Great Service This Time

Clair was the lady that took care of me at my appointment. See was fabulous. She took care of all my questions and got me in and out. She also had my car washed which seems to never happen anymore on visits like it use to. So I was so happy. Thanks Claire..

Great Expierence

Easy buy, no pressure. If you want to buy a used car talk with Cliff M. He was a joy to deal with. I am not an easy customer and he was very patient.

No one wants to sell a car

Went in today to get some information on several models of vehicles - waited five minutes and no one even said hello

terrible service!

Went there to buy a truck. The salesman didn't know the answer to one question I asked about the vehicle. He was on the phone constantly during my looking at the car and driving the truck. Then to top it off, they offered me half what another Toyota dealer offered me for my vehicle. Terrible car shopping experience! Terrible customer service!

Bought our Camry there, but will not be returning.

We bought our pre-owned Certified Camry there, only to find out they didn't go through the "Certification list"-so we had to bring it back so they could actually do the inspection, repairs, ect. Although our car needed little servicing, when it did it was obvious that the repair didn't happen. When I emailed my complaints to Toyota, the dealer promptly got back to me-"it was a mistake, an oversight!" The thing is, it happened more than once. We don't trust them.
