Check in staff were so kind--removed my walker from car, found a chair without wheels so I could sit and not fear falling when I got up, brought paperwork to me eliminating my having to go to the check-out window.

They have NO means, or desire to help the bankrupt
I know, deadbeats with poor credit have only themselves to blame....but at least we can be treated with a little bit of courtesy. None of the 'big' dealers in this area will make the effort to sell you a car, if you are in the middle of an open bankruptcy. Over the years, I have bought over 35 cars from various dealerships, and when you have GOOD credit--they bend over backwards to sell you car. That makes what I'm going through now especially demeaning, frustrating, and disheartening. I have a leased vehicle from a different dealer that I must return--I cannot get credit from them for another car, even though the lender who financed the lease got paid every dime they were owed through the BR Court. If your BR hasn't been 'discharged'--they want nothing to do with you! After working hard for 35 years; being tossed aside on a disability pension--and too many bills--put me in this mess; but I still deserve to drive a decent car! I have another two years to go before my BR is discharged. What am I supposed to do until then? Without financing, I can afford to pay cash for a $1500 'special'--which will probably need for me to put another grand (that I don't have...) into it just to make it safe and driveable. Thanks to dealers like Baierl, the only options I have left, are WALKING or hitch-hiking. The only consolation I have, is that someday all of this is going to be behind me--and I will remember which dealerships WANTED to help me, and those who didn't think I was worth bothering with.

Good service but did not wash the vehicle after
My wife took highlander to dealership I was not there but the 5000 mile check up was done with short wait time that was good but I spent a lot of money on that vehicle and it did not even get a car wash when there I was disappointed

Toyota service lives up to reputation
Service staff were very helpful, efficient, friendly, and quick. the paperwork to sign when done was already printed and ready, and Kristen helped locate my vehicle. Shuttle driver was likewise helpful, friendly, and on time.

Outstanding service
Had a 10:00 am appointment. Was told vehicle would be ready in 30 minutes. IT WAS! The work was done correctly, "Check-out" was quick and trouble-free. Bill was right on estimated cost. A flawless experience!
