Lift Gate Release Latch Replacement on Ford Escape

We were not thrilled that the release latch on our 2010 Ford Escape stopped working, especially when I read on the internet that this is a problem that has been occurring for years on those vehicles, presumably because water gets into the mechanism and causes rust which is the reason for the failure. The logical question is, why hasn't Ford corrected the water problem? But your question is how did Paul Obaugh Ford do with the repair, and on that you earned high grades. The work took less than two hours from our arrival until departure, your staff agreed that the work fell under our extended warranty, and an on-line coupon covered five of the $100 co-pay.

Excellent Service, Excellent Vehicle

Buying my new Ford Fiesta was not only thrilling but the advice and help given to me and my father during the process by Mr. Mike Mayo only made the experience that much easier. It took close to a week to finalize everything, and to make the situation even more difficult, I did my end of the work while in Jersey City, New Jersey. If it wasn't for the work done Mr. Mayo over the phone and through emails, I doubt the deal could have been made. When the day came for me to pick up the car, Mr. Mayo met my father and myself at the dealership on a Sunday afternoon. For him to make the accommodation on a Sunday really meant the world to me, if it hadn't been for that, then I wouldn't have been able to drive away with a new vehicle. I can't thank him enough and will surely remember Obaugh Ford in the future when I decide buy any new vehicles.

A Problem-Free Inspection

This was just a car inspection but my Ford Focus was in great shape since it is maintained by Paul Obaugh Ford. The car was ready on time, and all it needed was new wiper blades. :)

Awesome dealership with great staff

I bought a 16 Ford Fusion. I love the car. My salesman Tim Wilson did an awesome job finding the car with all the options I wanted. This is the 2nd new car I bought from Tim and Paul Obaugh Ford and this is where I'll continue to go. Thanks for everything!
