I feel that they fleeced my 85 year old mother by selling...
I feel that they fleeced my 85 year old mother by selling her a lemon of a used car. I know that it's always risky buying used, but there were issues the minute she drove it off the lot. We just had a $600 repair 3 months after buying it. So they either don't do good checks on what they are selling or they know there are issues and sell lemons to 85 year olds.

Great service department!
Great service department! Always inform me of what service is due. Repairs done right the first time. Love that I can bring my dogs while I wait in the lounge. They love the attention and always get a fresh bowl of water.

Excellent service again!
Your staff always takes care of my needs. They’re very professional. Allan kept me informed of what the mechanics were doing. I thought I’d say hello to Steve who sold me my Civic. The other salesman recognize I was looking for Steve & informed me it was his day off before I even made it to Steve’s desk. Everyones always very friendly!

Poor Hospitality
Poor hospitality. When I drop off my car I routinely wait several minutes before the service staff acknowledges my presence. They should greet customers immediately. How hard is it to say; hello, welcome ,etc….. in a timely manner. I have driven 30 minutes way to Libertyville because they make me feel welcomed. I only go to Gurnee for the location. BTW This I not the first time I have shared this with Gurnee.

Great service, but run down facility
Jason is the go to guy at Muller, he’s straight forward, honest, very professional and genuinely a nice guy. Jason wouldn’t have anything to do with it, but the facility looks run down.

Domingo was great! He got me in and out for an oil change in less than 30 minutes, at lunchtime no less. Good prices, too.

Bad service, slow to correct.
The service center did not correctly preform simple maintenance to my vehicle correctly. When I returned to have them correct their mistake I was put at the bad of the line and had to wait over 30 minutes.
