Quick and friendly service

Quick and reasonable price. Personal were very friendly and helpful. Its always nice coming back to the dealership to talk and get good advise.

Predatory Service

Mueller Honda of Gurnee recommended a Transmission Flush and Power Steering flush on a 19 year old Honda Civic owned by a young college student. When called a questioned after the fact Service was adamant they follow their 18 point inspection but never recommended tires for the vehicle which needed to be replaced. I feel their services were predatory and a young person was taken advantage of.

Display Issue

Alan Lauritzen Was great! Was a hard problem with the display on my 2018 CRV and of course it stopped doing it when the tech got the car, but Alan picking up of a couple of things I had said and looking a a video I had taken when it was acting up was able to find that there was was an issue. They then applied the fix. I appreciated his diligence and hopefully this will take care of the issue. We’ll see

Great Service Department

Staff in service dept. are super nice. I have difficulty walking and they brought the car inside for me when the service was done. One of the staff even opened the car door for me!

Great service

Alan L is always very kind. He works with my schedule to get my van serviced quickly. He never tries to sell me things that I don’t need. (Some of your service guys are not like that.)

Great service! Very clean showroom and very honest

Honest and polite and professional! Definitely would recommend going here to buy a car! Very good experience all around! I would for sure come back again for my next vehicle!

Outstanding Service!!

As usual, Jason Fosdick took care of my vehicles maintenance with efficiency and professionalism. Although I didnt have an appointment, Jason was able to fit me in due to a few cancellations. He's always friendly, consistent, and accommodating. A true professional!

Great service!

Steve Friedman and Eric were very professional, friendly and did not press me into buying any upgrades. They accepted my decline without pressing me into another purchase. Also, Lisa was very helpful in instructing me as to how to use the dashboard, etc. I was very pleased and am glad to send referrals. I love my new car!
