This review is based solely upon the purchase experience at Muller Honda Gurnee as I have not yet evaluated Service. I give Muller 5 stars in this area due to their level of transparency that is unfortunately become less common these days in “regular people” car brands. I was promptly greeted and given a test drive in my choice of vehicle without the salesman coming along and peppering me with off topic personal questions. I did not see any additional window stickers on any of the Muller cars with thousands of dollars in extra junk add ons like at many other dealers. They actually gave me their best price right away like they wanted to sell the vehicle. They did’t try to push me toward a vehicle I did not want. Of course, they did attempt to give me an initial somewhat “lowball” trade in offer but they did come up to make the deal. I highly recommend buying a new Honda from Muller Gurnee especially if you don’t have a trade in. They will sell you the exact car you want at a no “smoke and mirrors” price unlike some competitors.

Gracie was so patient with me and helped me find my dream minivan for a price that worked for me. I really appreciate the Honda team. I have been going there for cars and for services since 2017 and wouldn't go any where else.
