I bought my first Terrain with the help of Karen Pattison

I bought my first Terrain with the help of Karen Pattison in 2012. I came back to her five years after and after that I acquired three more Terrains. Took my ‘09 HHR in for oil change Jan.

Took my ‘09 HHR in for oil change Jan. 26, 2024. After not even 200 miles, check engine light came on. Took it to two different mechanics & both said oil had NOT been changed. Both said the housing was still dusty & dirty and the dip stick didn’t even register any oil at all! So after only 200 miles, where did the oil go? Even if my HHR had a massive oil leak, it would have been all over the drive after losing 5 quarts of oil and there wasn’t any. Talked to service manager & he wanted me to bring it back in. I’m out $90 but NO WAY WILL I EVER GO BACK to James Woods Decatur Tx even to get this corrected. If I could have given it ZERO stars, I would!!!

We discussed this over the phone Monday. Like I said above, no way will I take any of our vehicles to James Wood Decatur. I also found out I’m not the only one this has happened to. Two other people told me they had the same experience with James Wood Decatur…paid for an oil change but it wasn't performed. Something needs to be done over there.
