Went in to buy a car.

Went in to buy a car. I would have but the advertised price for a used car didn't include the 20% in fees that they demanded be added. A car with an advertised price of $15k magically became $17.5 before they started looking at sales tax because their in-house processing fees. I am surprised they don't try to sell cards for $1K, with $15K in fees because it would let them look cheaper until you got to the final paperwork. Avoid this bait and switch dealership.

Our salesperson was excellent and informed. The fact that dealer included accessories as a line item included separately alongside taxes and fees and is not for accessories but is used as a way to reduce the advertised price is a dishonest manipulation on the part of the dealership. Five stars to Olaide. One star to Toyota of Garapevine. Three stars for the average.
