Would not honor warranty coverage
Purchased a certified pre owned chevy cruz from Burdick 2 years ago. Shut down engine light came on one day after work. Had it towed to the dealership. After many days of calling to check on the status of the car I was informed it would not be covered by warranty. The car is a 2015 with 47,000 miles and maintenance was done more then the manual stated. Burdick said it was due to using an after market oil filter. Brought it to another Chevy dealer, they state that is not the cause. But because of Burdick's report to Chevy the warranty is void. So I have a car that has 47,000 miles on it that needs a new engine to the cost of $6,000. We bought the car with 27,000 miles. I would never recommend this dealership.

Driver's Village tried to scam me.
I took my car there for an oil change and they recommended $500 worth of repairs for work I had done 2 months earlier by another repair shop. I called Korey Gould to ask how this happened and had no response to my messages.

Bait and Switch?
On 12/6/19, I made an appointment with the internet sales rep to see a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage on 12/7/19 at 1130am. I advised the rep I was driving 2 hours from home. Appointment confirmed. I arrived at 1135am for my scheduled 1130am appointment. At arrival, the staff was friendly. I sat down with the sales rep who started talking about a brand new Mitsubitshi Mirage. We talked numbers and I decided I wanted to stick with the car I came for. The sales rep told me she had to offer this to me. That’s fine. I get it. I was then told the car was sold 45 minutes ago, despite getting a text at 1056am when I advised them I was running late with the response, “Kristen, thanks for the heads up!” I was upset and was going to leave right then. I was told that had I made a deposit, the car could have been set aside. I was not offered that. I was also told several times they can’t help it that the car sold. Of course, then the sales department tried to offer two new ones to me and other vehicles on the lot. This wasn’t the point of course. I am beyond disgusted with the business practices I witnessed today. I will never do business with Drivers Village. If they decide to respond to this review, I have my emails and texts so no false narrative reply is necessary.

Worst experience ever
They contacted us to buy our truck that was listed as a southern truck. We signed the paperwork and were told we could expect a check in the next few days. They turned in our plated and scraped our registration. The next morning they called to say we needed to have the title changed to NY state and it could take 8 weeks. So they have my truck and money... No. So we go back and they cancel the purchase and now we have to go re-register our truck. Irresponsible and unacceptable business practice. Don't go here!

HORRIBLE SALES TACTICS and BUSINESS PRACTICE
STAY AWAY-----While working on a deal they Sold the car right from under me while we were working the deal. Sales Manager was Always trying to push other cars on me and tried to rush the sale. I would never do business with this company. Andrew the Salesman was a great guy and worked well with me. He was off the next day and that when the "Sales Manager" screwed the deal and tried to get me into many other cars except the one I wanted. Horrible business practice and horrible tactics. I hope screwing over a customer and getting this negative feedback was worth it.

New car Issues for 2019 Buick
On August 17th I purchased a new 2019 Envsion , It had 115 miles on it, However before I took it home the rear tire was low on pressure which I found on my Buick ap, So the dealer checked all and put air in the tires . On the way home I felt a vibration in the vehiicle, NOt thinking nothing of it thought maybe it was because it was sitting, On august 19th I called and scheduled a service appt for august 23, I took the car back into the dealer which is 72 miles one way from home, The service tech drove it along with 2 other and said they could not feel anything, I told them I would not have wasted my time if I did not think something was wrong They told me to wait until it had 1000 miles on it because gm would not cover it. If I wanted them rotated and balanced I would have to pay for it myself. On September 2oth I returned the car to the dealership and the manager stated if the issue is still there then he would have new tires put on this vehicle, (as it now had 1063 miles. I left it as they gave me a car to drive, They stated the two of the 4 tires were out of balance which they could of found the first time. and the print out they gave me could be a generic print out for all I know nothing on it says anything about the make and model of my car. I picked up the car on the 24th and they stated it was all fixed, when I arrived at the dealer they were driving around the parking lot, I do not think they ever took it up on the highway as you cannot feel it 30 miles per hour. I drove home down the highway and low and behold there is still an issue, I can feel the vibration still in the vehicle after they rotated and balanced the tires. driving home between 50 and 73 MPH I called the sales Manager on the way home and the service department and spoke to Service and left a message for sales manager to call me asap.and never recieved a phone call to this day there is definately an issue. When you pay for a vehicle this should not be the case now It has to go back in again. I am not driving it up there, They can either fix it here in town or come get it on a flat bed I have spoken to Buick headquarters and they told me that Burdick said that they could not find anything wrong, Suggested I take it to another GM dealer. well I tried and because the other dealer stated it was an internal issue they did not want to look at it. I cannot tell you how many times I had contacted the dealership from the salesman to the sales manager to the general manager and not a return phone call.

Bad service department
I bought a Jeep a little over a month ago. I kept hearing a clunking noise so took it in to be looked at. I was told I would have to make an appointment because they were really busy, I said I expected a rental car and was told it was a bad time of year for a rental car, the service manager came out and said he would take a ride with me to hear the noise. I was told it sounded like the drive train and he contacted someone to give me a call about bringing it in for service and they would give me a call.........that was a week ago. My sister was interested in purchasing a cheap I told her to not bother. Don’t worry drivers village Jeep I will take it to another dealer and I will purchase my next Jeep from another dealer. Terrible customer service

As advertised
Drivers village made it pretty easy to view the used cars, they were all inside as well, which was nice as it kept us out of the rain. The prices are very fair but there isn’t much wiggle room on the prices. Thats not necessarily a bad thing because the prices are already marked about as low as they can go. My only complaint would be the process took about 4 hours and 30 minutes total, so free up an afternoon before going there with the intent to buy. Overall, good service.

Came in on Saturday
I scheduled an appointment on Saturday, April 20 to have a couple things checked out and specifically told the person over the phone that I will need the shuttle because I'm from out of town. When I got here I was told that the shuttle didn't run on Saturdays. Because of their lack of communication I did not schedule a ride. On top of all that the service department associates didn't even try to get me a ride. I bet if I was going to spend another $20k here they would do anything for me. I will not be buying my next car from Drivers village since they don't care about customer service since they already have my money! Absolutely ridiculous!

Place was large and not very welcoming to the eye. Staff were nice and did everything they could to help us out. Just didn't have what we were looking for.
