I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was just treated

I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was just treated at Audi Drivers Village service by JEREMY, a service tech. He was rude, accusatory, interrupted me, and questioned me multiple times. At one point I had to stop him from telling me that charging me for something I’ve never been charged for that “well there’s a first time for everything.” He made me feel so terrible, treated me with disrespect and I cannot imagine how drivers village allows him to work in a place that is designed for customer service. I’ve never been that disrespected by an employee. I’ve been coming to drivers village for over 10 years and this may just ruined my relationship.

It was terrible.

It was terrible. I have done business with them for over 10 years. Their unorganized and don’t know what their doing. They sold me a car that was already sold. Held on to my deposit. I bought a car somewhere else. I will never do business with them again!!!!!

Amazing Dealership!

Amazing Dealership! Thomas Quinn is my Hero! I live in Dallas and the dealership is in Cicero, NY. But they made my experience so good I never was worried about not being there for the purchase.

Definitely consider this place for your next car!

Definitely consider this place for your next car! Everything was great, from start to finish. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the best part - I was able to test drive and put down my deposit on the same day, with only a 2 day wait to go pick it up!

I would highly advise no one to go the drivers village,

I would highly advise no one to go the drivers village, terrible service, spent 25,000 dollars on a car and my first oil change the hood would not open and told me it was going to be 150 dollars to diagnose this problem to change my oil , my 4 year old got it open for free!!!!! I had also bought a truck at the same time broke down not even a mile away and they said it was going to be atleast 3 to 4 weeks to get it looked at and I was in the middle of the road but could not be bothered to come help me out !!!!!! After spending 80,000 dollars there!!!!! This is a terrible place to go to get a vehicle

Inquired on line at 3 in the morning (I knew they we

Inquired on line at 3 in the morning (I knew they we closed) was contacted that morning telling me the car should have never been put on line as it was in the service department and not ready for view or sale. I offered to pay cash (10,400.00) was told someone would call me. When I received the call I was told the car was still in service and that he would keep me posted on the progress… no call for 3 days. I called and was told the salesman I was dealing with was with a customer and that I would get a call back within 10 minutes. No call came. I drove to the dealership only to be greeted by the same salesman that was supposed to call me 3 hours earlier… we had some small talk, looked at another vehicle because I was told he was having his manager look into the vehicle I was there to see and buy… after waiting for 15 minutes, I was told the car was sold…. I understand everything about the process and that it’s a big dealership (that was the excuse I was given) I was not treated with respect and honesty. I will not be returning. I was surprised to see the low scoring reviews for this dealership as I have purchased vehicles in the past… now I get it. I have since had an amazing experience with another dealership and purchased another vehicle.

I called to verify the availability of a vehicle.

I called to verify the availability of a vehicle. Marcuss assured me that the car was there and ready to go. I Let the him know that I would be coming from 45 minutes to view the specific vehicle and make sure that it was still available. When I got to the dealership for my scheduled appointment I was informed that the vehicle is not available to be sold. It is being worked on and would not pass an inspection. If I wanted I could drive by the vehicle and view it from my car, could not view the car in person, but can look at it from inside my vehicle.
